lobster Tails , garlic herb cheesy biscuits

preheat oven 400 degrees

Biscuits:

you will need:

-1 tube of Pillsbury Grands biscuits
-1/2 of cheddar cheese sliced * I prefer to get block cheese and slice myself  Though you may use store bought shredded chees as well.
-garlic powder
-1/4 cup of fresh chopped parsley

Lobster Tails:

-2: 6-10oz Lobster tails
-1 cup of melted butter
-1 tsp of paprika
-1/2 ginger
-1 tsp garlic
-1 tsp of parsley

step 1:
- pull all your biscuits apart and place them side by side in a flower shape
-gently press your slices of cheese in the center of each biscuit
-sprinkle just a dash of garlic powder on each biscuit  and sprinkle parsley over all your biscuits
-bake biscuits for 12 minutes or until biscuits are dark golden brown
-let cool

**Lower oven temperature to 375 degrees

This is the video I watched that demonstrates how to split your lobster. I used different seasoning but she does a great step by step follow through as well as how to oven steam and broil the lobster, as I used this method as well

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5J5qQRqerM4

FOLLOW the video on splitting your lobster and also broil/ steam times .. me writing how to split your lobster may get confusing.

-in a medium bowl mix melted butter paprika, ginger, garlic, and parsley together
*(you may also make this as a dipping sauce for your lobster as well )
-brush butter sauce over lobster tails then bake according to the size of your lobster

follow the video on bake/broil instructions

before you broil drizzle more of the butter sauce over your lobster

serve with butter sauce ..To Die For

this is a great meal for a special occasion!
