Kale Smoothie !
FAVORITE SMOOTHIE !
1/2 cup of kale
6 sliced strawberries
1/3 cup of orange juice
1/4 cup of milk...
8 ice cubes
 
*if you would like yours sweeter add 2 tsp. of sugar or
1 tbsp. of honey !
 
 
 
 
 

For our first beverage posting we are going start with infused waters

this is growing in popularity very simple instructions with Great health benefits

 I start my day with one of these by preparing the night before and I definitely see a difference

Benefits:

STRAWBERRY KIWI:
cardiovascular health, immune system protection, blood sugar regulation, and digestion
LIME:
Provide Vitamin C , immune defense, and heartburn and BURN FAT

as well as providing energy and detoxification !

so all you need is

water:
2 kiwis sliced and peeled
5 ripe strawberries cut in 4's
1 sliced lime

slice however you please add water and let sit at least 3 hours

this specific recipe is a kiwi strawberry infused water
but just about and fruit you can make an infused water with

add green tea, lime or mint for fat burning results
