-1 lb sliced chicken breast
-1/2 lb of deveined and shelled shrimp
-1 yellow and red bell pepper
-olive oil
-corn tortillas
-cilantro
-1 lime
step 1:
- add chicken and olive oil to a skillet on medium heat
- cut bell peppers into thin slices
- add to skillet
- season chicken and bell peppers with chicken bouillon seasoning, cumin, and lemon pepper seasoning
- add shrimp to skillet
- cook till shrimp is tender
- squeeze lime over chicken
- heat tortillas in a small pan with a little olive oil (oil should not begin to cover the tortilla)
- fill tortillas with chicken and shrimp
- squeeze a little lime juice and top with chopped cilantro
- EAT!
