Kale has became one of my absolute favorite vegetables! not only is it tasteful it can be used in so many dishes in various ways and is packed with tons of health benefits.

-kale lowers cholesterol
-lowers the chances of cancer
-206% of vitamin A,
-134% of vitamin C,
-684% of vitamin K.
-promotes healthy eye sight
-great for the metabolism

a few ways to add kale to your diet
- add kale to your steamed rice or pasta dishes
-great in soups
-served steamed with a little black pepper and salt
-add to mashed potatoes and mac n cheese
-add to salads
-add to spaghetti sauce or Alfredo
-serve with shrimp scampi
-add to your scrambled eggs or omelet

whatever your making there is a place for kale in your diet !
