Tilapia with a garlic ginger butter sauce

Time:35 min
Servings:4
-preheat oven to 350 degrees

you will need :

4 fillet's of tilapia
2 Limes , sliced
2 zuchinnis diced in halves
2 Squash diced in halves
1/4 cup chopped onions
2 slices of smoked bacon
1 tsp of lemon pepper (low salt) *per fillet
1 tsp parsley
1 tsp creole seasoning *per fillet
1/4 cup of olive oil
1 tbsp of bouillon seasoning
1 tsp soy sauce
foil paper

Ginger, Garlic butter sauce:
-1/2 cup of melted butter
-1tbsp of ground ginger
-1tbsp of garlic powder
-1 tsp soy sauce
-1 tsp of chili sauce
-1 tsp of parsley
-1 tsp of salt
-2 tbsp of vinegar

Step 1:
  • Sprinkle your tilapia with lemon pepper and creole seasoning
  • pour half of your olive oil at the bottom of pan
  • lay tilapia in pan
  • lay slices of lime on top of tilapia
  • cover with foil paper tented ( cover tilapia but not entire pan so that there is a vent for heat to escape
  • place in oven for 20 mins or until tilapia flakes
step 2:
  • in a non stick pan pour the remainder of your oil bring to medium heat
  • add in squash, zucchini and onions bring to a sizzle
  • add in bouillon seasoning, soy sauce, and bacon
  • cook until vegetables and bacon are tender
step 3:
  • in a blender add butter, seasoning, soy sauce, chili sauce and vinegar
  • blend until sauce is creamy
step 4:
  • take tilapia out of oven, Veggies Done, serve with sauce over tilapia or on the side for dipping
  • YUM!
