garlic herb scallops, asaparagus and asian pork



time: 25 minutes

4 servings

you will need

-6 -8 large scallops
-2tbsp of butter
-1 bunch of asparagus cut in half
-1 red bell pepper
-2 pork sirloin chops sliced thin
-1tbsp of butter for pork
-1tbsp of garlic powder for pork
-1tsp of  parsley for scallops
-1tbsp of garlic powder for scallops
-2tsp of garlic powder for pork
-2tsp of soy sauce for pork
-1tbsp of chicken bouillon seasoning
-1tsp of soy sauce for asparagus
 -2tbsp of olive oil
-1/2 cup of flour

Step 1:
  • in a large skillet on medium heat toss in asparagus and drizzle with olive oil
  • add bouillon, and soy sauce let cook for approx. 7-10 min
step 2:
  • in a medium pan on medium heat melt butter , sprinkle in garlic powder and parsley
  • butter should begin to sizzle , add in scallops
  • let cook for approx. 2-3 minutes on each side depending how large your scallops are or until light golden brown
step 3(pork):
  • in a medium pan melt butter
  • season pork with garlic powder and coat with flour
  • toss your pork in the pan when the butter begins to sizzle let cook for 3 minutes
  • pour in soy sauce over pork allow to cook another 5-7 minutes or until tender
step 4:
  • ENJOY!
