twiced cooked pork ribs , brussels sprouts and sweet potato fries



**this recipe will take approx. 2 hours  !
 preheat oven 400 degrees

you will need :
ribs:
-6 country style pork ribs
-3 tbsp. of bouillon seasoning
-2 tsp of garlic pepper seasoning
-1 tsp of onion powder
-1/4 cup of soy sauce
-1/3 cup of olive oil

Brussels sprouts:
-1lb of Brussels sprouts (or however many you desire) sliced in half
-4 slices of smoked bacon diced
-1 yellow onion diced
-1 tsp of salt
-1 tsp of garlic pepper
- extra virgin olive oil

sweet potato fries :
-2 sweet potatoes peeled and sliced
-1 tsp of onion powder
-2 cups of vegetable oil
-1 tsp of salt

step 1 :Ribs
-in a large bowl add your pork ribs
-sprinkle in bouillon, onion powder, and garlic powder seasoning , using your hands rub seasoning into meat
- add in soy sauce and complete coat each rib  and bet aside
-in a large skillet on medium high heat  pour in olive oil , your going to pan sear the top and bottom of each rib
-you will do this simply by placing each rib on each side for about 3 - 5 mins until it is a pretty golden brown
remove from heat and place in a roasting pan.
- your going to cover the pan with foil vertically leave about 1 cm uncovered on each side - this is called tenting

ex:

- bake ribs for 1 hour 15 minutes total

step 2: Brussels sprouts
- on a baking sheet spread out all of your Brussels sprouts face up
- add diced onions on top sprinkle salt and garlic pepper
- drizzle extra virgin olive oil and top with bacon
-bake 35-40 minutes or until tender

Roast :
-check your roast at 45 minute mark using a spoon grease dripping in pan over ribs , cover and place back in oven at 1 hour mark remove foil spoon grease drippings  over ribs  and bake for another 15 minutes or until tender

sweet potatoes :
-in a medium frying pan pour in vegetable oil
-turn to medium high heat
-sprinkle sweet potatoes with onion powder and add to frying pan
-fry for about 15 minutes , fries should not be mushy !
- remove from grease (place in a bowl with paper towels to help remove excess oil ) sprinkle salt

serve dinner perfect for a sunday meal or holiday !!!
