Garlic & Rosemary crusted pork roast
preheat oven to 350 degrees
simple and delicious great for a special occasion .
you will need :
-1 pork roast tenderloin ( I used Hormel brand)
-cooking twine
-4 cloves of minced garlic
-1 tbsp. of rosemary
-1/2 tsp of salt
- 1 tsp of onion powder
- 1 package of McCormick pork gravy seasonings
-parsley
step 1:
-remove your pork tenderloin for packaging , tie twine around pork approximately 1 inch apart until pork is completely held together
-using your hands rub minced garlic all over meat
sprinkle rosemary, salt and onion powder all over and rub the seasoning into meat
-in a roasting pan place pork uncovered in over
- bake for 50 minutes to an hour. roast should have a caramelized crust
step 2:
-when there is 10 minutes left until your roast is done, make your pork gravy according to package instructions
step 3:
- remove roast from oven and let rest . remove twine from roast
- slice and serve with pork gravy drizzled on top sprinkle parsley and serve !
