Butter Steak , Seasoned jasmine rice and sauteed asparagus


preheat oven to 300 degrees

you will need :

steak:
-your choice of sirloin steak
-1 orange bell pepper sliced
-1 yellow onion sliced
-1 tsp. of garlic pepper seasoning
-1 tsp. of onion powder
-1/2 tsp. of salt
-olive oil

Rice:
-1 1/2 cup of jasmine rice
-2 cap fulls of red wine vinegar
-1/4 tsp. of salt
-1 tsp. of Garlic pepper seasoning

Asparagus:
-1 bunch of asparagus ( be sure to snap off raw part of asparagus .. you can do this my bending the end of the asparagus and it will snap where its tender)
-1 cup of mushrooms
-1/4 cup of diced onions
-3 sliced of chopped bacon
-2 tsp. of bouillon seasoning powder
-1 tbsp. of soy sauce
- extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tbsp. of butter


step 1 :Steak
- combine all your seasoning in a bowl for your steak . then rub your combined seasoning on all sides of your steak . using a butter knife spread butter on both sides of steak and place in a roasting pan.
-spread sliced onions and bell pepper on top of steak sprinkle a little salt and black pepper on top. drizzle a small amount of olive oil  over bell peppers and onions .
-cover with foil paper and bake 20 minutes or until the wellness you like your steak


step 2:Rice
- in a medium pan boil your rice . while rice is boiling add in red vinegar , sprinkle in seasoning and stir .
- cover rice , stirring occasionally , until done .

step 3: Asparagus
-in a large non-stick pan on medium heat 
- add your butter and stir around until fully melted
 -add in asparagus, onions, mushrooms and bacon
-drizzle in a little olive oil and let sizzle for about 5 minutes
- then add your seasoning and soy sauce
- stir and cook approximately 7 more minutes until sender

Serve asparagus over rice and enjoy
